How we Tested
For this analysis, we acquired and evaluated 15 of the market’s leading TENS (and EMS where applicable) units. These devices were utilized by 4 people from 26-64 years of age. Each participant used the device for a week and had to complete at least 7 sessions of 20 minutes or more. The participants focused solely on user experience without knowing the price of the device. Furthermore, Dr. Robert Segmunds, an orthopedic specialist also contributed his insights by testing only the top 3 devices selected by the participants for an additional week. The Dr. finally picked one device that he would continue to use on his patients.
