Her body has to be regularly repositioned in her wheelchair so that she won\u2019t get sores. Her saliva needs to be suctioned from her mouth to prevent aspiration, and her food and medication must be administered through a gastric tube.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">June has rare diseases that affect her intestines and brain. Her parents do what they can for her, but they have jobs and two other children \u2014 they can\u2019t do it all.
