It is now the subject of books, podcasts and <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@katimorton\/video\/7438372559420263710\" title rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">TikTok hashtags<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">In <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/pdf\/10.1177\/036215377400400307\" title rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">reparenting<\/a>, the patient is empowered to find their hurt \u201cinner child\u201d and help it feel loved so that they can develop a stronger sense of self and better relationships with others.
