Now I tell everyone I know to use them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">As a Ph.D. candidate in integrative physiology, Ms. Hawke did a meta-analysis, scouring <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S1080603220301198\" title rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">40 years of research<\/a> into hiking poles.
