Attendees come hungry for in-person connection, Ms. Williams noted, but many are surprised by how awkward they feel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">\u201cIt\u2019s rough,\u201d she stressed. \u201cLike, guys on one side, girls on the other side.
