But it suggests that mRNA has potential far beyond its use in vaccines as a means to deliver therapies against stubborn adversaries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Short for messenger RNA, mRNA is a set of instructions for a gene. In the case of Covid vaccines, the instructions were for a piece of the coronavirus.
