But to the extent you can shape your routine, experts have some thoughts on the healthiest morning habits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">\u201cI always joke that the best thing to do is to get a puppy,\u201d said Mariana Figueiro, who studies light and health at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">She\u2019s only half kidding.
