She\u2019s only 17, and a high school junior.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Ava Noe, a teenager based in the Boston area, has amassed more than 25,000 Instagram followers while criticizing ultra-processed foods and promoting <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/02\/05\/well\/eat\/bovine-colostrum-supplements.html\" title>colostrum supplements<\/a>, mouth tape and beef tallow.
