Sixty percent of people surveyed by the Pew Research Center said they <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/short-reads\/2020\/02\/05\/how-americans-feel-about-the-satisfactions-and-stresses-of-modern-life\/\" title rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">sometimes felt too busy to enjoy life<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"Dropzone-1\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"css-s99gbd StoryBodyCompanionColumn\" data-testid=\"companionColumn-1\">\n<div class=\"css-53u6y8\">\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Some of the stress around scheduling is out of our control, but there are things we can all do to feel more in charge of our time, Guillebeau said.
