chief executive Tony Chambers, medical director Ian Harvey, director of nursing Alison Kelly and HR director Sue Hodkinson &#8211; had also written to the secretary of state for health to seek a suspension of the inquiry.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fezwLZ\">The findings of a panel of 14 international experts in neonatology and paediatrics were revealed by Letby&#8217;s legal team last month.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fezwLZ\">Chairman of the panel Dr Shoo Lee said the experts had poured over trial transcripts and medical records and they &#8220;did not find any murders&#8221;.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fezwLZ\">Those findings have been passed to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, which investigates potential miscarriages of justice.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fezwLZ\">Letby&#8217;s legal team hopes the commission will refer her case back to the Court of Appeal. <!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fezwLZ\">A crowd of about 50 people gathered outside Liverpool Town Hall before the inquiry resumed, holding signs claiming Letby was innocent. <!-- --><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<figure>\n<div data-component=\"image-block\" class=\"sc-18fde0d6-0 jFCfG\">\n<div data-testid=\"image\" class=\"sc-a34861b-1 jxzoZC\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/medexperts.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/grey-placeholder.png\" class=\"sc-a34861b-0 cOpVbP hide-when-no-script\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/medexperts.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2e269020-0333-11f0-9d83-c7f80f10afdc.png.webp\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Protesters outside the public inqury hold up &#039;Justice for Lucy Letby&#039;
