He added that \u201c60 hours a week is the sweet spot of productivity\u201d in the message to employees who work on Gemini, Google\u2019s lineup of A.I. models and apps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Mr. Brin\u2019s memo does not represent a change to Google\u2019s official return-to-office policy, which requires employees to work in the office at least three days a week.
