The company restored some of the accounts and posts on Thursday, after The New York Times asked about the actions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Meta has been under scrutiny since Mark Zuckerberg, its chief executive, announced <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/01\/07\/technology\/meta-fact-checking-facebook.html\" title>sweeping changes to the company\u2019s speech policies<\/a> earlier this month.
