But moving the concept out of the lab and onto the power grid has proved immensely difficult.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Commonwealth is the best funded of a crop of start-ups that are <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2024\/11\/15\/climate\/fusion-energy.html\" title>hoping to realize fusion\u2019s potential soon<\/a>.
