It was unclear how many people were affected, but it appeared that Microsoft\u2019s customers in the United States and at least several other countries had experienced issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">In a post to X on Monday, Microsoft acknowledged the outage and said that it was due to a \u201c<a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MSFT365Status\/status\/1861016538632859694\" title rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">recent change<\/a>\u201d to its software that had affected a number of its servers.
