But gyms and specialists are increasingly offering workouts aimed at increasing overall mobility. In the best case, they can prevent stiffness before it happens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">The approach can be transformative. When Stephen Rawson, a software engineer in Maui, was in his late 30s, he started experiencing debilitating neck and back pain. He now does around 30 minutes of mobility work a day, in addition to a weekly specialized gym class.
