He called AppHarvest \u201ca pretty perfect elucidation of that thesis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Within three years, the company would file for bankruptcy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Mr. Vance, 40, spent less than a half-decade as a Silicon Valley investor, but those years were a pivotal period when he laid the groundwork for his political career \u2014 as a Republican senator from Ohio and now the running mate of former President Donald J.
