Amazon has over the years shunned plush corporate campuses and lavish employee perks common among tech companies, while giving managers attrition targets for how many people should leave their teams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">\u201cIf anything, the last 15 months we\u2019ve been back in the office at least three days a week has strengthened our conviction about the benefits,\u201d Andy Jassy, Amazon\u2019s chief executive, <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aboutamazon.com\/news\/company-news\/ceo-andy-jassy-latest-update-on-amazon-return-to-office-manager-team-ratio\" title rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">wrote<\/a> in a memo.
