We all have <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2024\/01\/24\/well\/move\/exercise-excuses-barriers-fitness.html\" title>our favorite excuses<\/a> for why we don\u2019t work out enough, and some of them can be paralyzing. But you don\u2019t just need strength, you also need power, or the ability to deploy strength quickly. Strength helps you dig a shovelful of snow, power helps you dump it.
